PLEASE DONATE TO FIRST RUN
The city's historic first dog park is about to recieve a major restoration. Please consider making a donation.

It costs a lot of money to fix things such as this broken drain. Donate to FIRST RUN and your dog will thank you.

FIRST RUN relies on the community for financial support:

FIRST RUN has been challenged with the task of raising $50,000 for the dog run's restoration. New York Parks Dept. will double all donations received this year. We relie on the community for our financial support. If you use the run, please consider making a donation now:

Can I make a cash donation?

You can give a cash donation to any volunteer manager (Gunnar, Charllie, or Heather). However we cannot give tax deductible receipts for cash donations.

Should I apply for a grant or get my company to sponsor a dog run project?

Yes, this is vital for our survival so thanks for even thinking of it!

Many corporations and small businesses award grants to community organizations like FIRST RUN. Please inquire at your place of business.

If you discover a grant that you would like to apply for, please contact Friends of Frist Run. They keep a tally of grants the we have applied for and will be able to provide you with the necessary information and our tax exempt number. Thanks.
